Our team has been playing Minecraft since the alpha release in 2009, and started hosting servers not long after. With over a decade of server hosting experience, we've run servers for ourselves, friends, family, and even worked with creators to build and host custom modded experiences. We built Obsidian Worlds to make it easier to play Minecraft the way it was meant to be played - with friends.

We're lucky to have found our tribe, but finding the right group to play with isn't easy. That's why our goal is to make it easier to play Minecraft with friends - new and old! Our founders are active on our Discord server, and we're also working on some exciting social features to help you find the right group of players to enjoy Minecraft with.
